Terms

By submitting your work, you provide consent to below terms:

 

1. Love & Literature reserves the right to use your content across multiple platforms to share and promote the brand, including but not limited to the L&L website (www.loveandliterature.com.au), Instagram, Facebook, and various promotional spaces.
2. All work must be previously unpublished and must not have been posted to social media. Any work that breaches this will risk immediate disqualification.
3. Love & Literature reserves the right to make edits to your submission to polish and clarify, while preserving the essence of the original work.
4. It is explicitly assumed all works are not breaching copyright or trademark legislation, works must not imitate existing published works.
5. We will not accept any work written, developed or assisted with the use of AI writing tools (such as ChatGPT).
6. If your print submission is successful, you will receive digital tear sheets. Contributors will not receive a complimentary magazine as we currently do not have the capacity for this. Contributors will receive an exclusive discount code to purchase the issue and a digital copy of the magazine upon request.

 

Breach of any of the stated terms will risk immediate disqualification and being banned from future submissions.
